Terms of Use
Executive Puzzles is distributed through Apple's App Store and is also covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which you can read at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these terms and Apple's agreement differ, Apple's agreement governs your license to use the app.
Your license
When you purchase Executive Puzzles, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. The app and its puzzles remain our intellectual property.
What you're buying
Executive Puzzles is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription, and there is no recurring charge. Your purchase unlocks the full app on both iPhone and Mac using the same Apple Account.
We may add puzzles or features in future updates. Updates to the existing app are provided at no additional cost. If we ever offer separately purchasable add-on content, it will be clearly marked as such and will never be required to keep using what you already bought.
Payments and refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. We never see or store your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acceptable use
Please don't attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app, redistribute or resell it, or use it in any unlawful way. For volume licensing across an organization, contact us rather than sharing a single purchase.
Availability
We aim to keep the app working and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features that depend on your device's operating system, such as calendar access and notifications, may change as Apple updates iOS and macOS.
Disclaimer
Executive Puzzles is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. It is a puzzle app intended for brief mental breaks. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or cognitive treatment product, and no claim is made that it diagnoses, treats, or prevents any condition.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
